Can you build the project on both the Windows 10 and Windows 7 machines and then compare the resulting .hex files?

Also, can you copy the .hex file built on the Windows 7 machine to the Windows 10 machine (and vice versa) and then program the board (and/or DK) and see if it works?

This would narrow down the error to either the build process or the download process.

I am using Keil and nRFgo studio, and I am using proximity application from nRF52 SDK v0.9.2. And mainly my problem is this setup worked for some days and now its not working. I've even installed all the packages for keil.

This sounds a little strange.

What toolchain are you using? (Keil? GCC? other?)
What program (and version of it) do you use to program the board? (Keil? nrfjprog? nRFgo studio? other?)
Do you have the latest version of the Segger JLink software on both machines?
What is the output from running nrfjprog -v from cmd.exe?
If using Keil, have you successfully installed the latest Device Family Pack?
Do you get any warnings or errors when compiling the application?
