KEIL can't add libraries

I'm going to add application timer and scheduler. To do that I have to set checkbox in KEIL Manage Run-Time Environment. It's not very important though. You can simply ignore it, just have to make sure you use the correct s130 softdevice hex file version. Note that in the latest SDK v11, we removed the support for pack. Using the .zip file is suggested.
