Hi Larry, I am sorry for a late response. To avoid pairing you can set the permission of the characteristics with BLE_GAP_CONN_SEC_MODE_SET_OPEN() macro. If you have further question, I would suggest you to open a new thread.

I want to ask how to avoid pairing ,where i should set characteristics in code.

Hi Jason,

The bonding process is handled by iOS and the app has no control over it. And it's required by iOS that when a slave requires encryption the user will have the option to accept pairing or not. It's not possible to get away from that pop-up windows.

You can avoid pairing (no security over the characteristics), the device will be connected without the pop-up.
