I've just solve the problem. The IAR project from SDK was not intented for debug, so it missed the checkbox "Generate Debug Information" on the C/C++ Compiler Options tabs. I hope this helps anyone with the same problem in the future.

I'm not able to change IAR version and I already tried different Jlink version. Finally I left V5.12e

I have been seeing this issue on IAR 7.3 using both SDK 11 and SDK 10 for an NRF51 dev board. I wasn't having any issues with this until recently so I'm wondering if it has something to do with recently upgrading my computer to Windows 10.

We've not had any issues with using the Segger OB with IAR. Have you tried to update to IAR Embedded Workbench v7.60? What version of J-link are you using? If you're using an old version. you could try to update to the newest version, found here.

If none of the above suggestions solves the issue, then I would recommend contacting IAR Systems Support.
