Nordic provides only software for nRF chips and smartphones ;)

If you want to use the Master Control Panel application on your PC, you will need to use the PCA10031 nRF Dongle and its firmware to perform a DFU. It is not possible to use any other generic HCI dongle or the native BLE driver of your OS - The DFU service implementation is proprietary Device Firmware Update Service made by Nordic. This is not an adopted profile defined by the Bluetooth SIG.

I don't have nrf51 dongle. How can i do it with the bluetooth of laptop.
