I guess due to the memory required it would quickly run out out of flash and RAM, especially if you for instance also want to support DFU in such a configuration on the nRF51-series. If you only require peripheral role for BLE the S310 should be available and can support 15 concurrent ANT channels for the nRF51-series.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
