Hello gennaro82,

i m also working on beacon remote GPIO change and i want beacon to work in always connected mode.I have a basic Beacon Firmware V1.1.1 Can u post source code for above change.

A peripheral device normally can only connect to one device at a time. It is possible to do connectable advertising and allow a scanner to connect. The Beacon kit FW 1.1.1 is a connectable beacon, but the ble_app_beacon example in the SDK is not connectable. Here is a link that attempts to explain how the Beacon kit FW 1.1.1 works.

When connected, you can advertise in non-connectable mode, supported first in S110 7.0.0. I think it is just a matter of calling the advertising_start function when the peripheral device is connected.
