However a good start is to use the <a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.sdk5.v11.0.0/esb_users_guide.html?cp=4_0_0_5_2">Enhanced ShockBurst User Guide</a> in the latest nRF5 SDK.
