yes i have already did that and could you please tell me how can i run the rf test example on the nrf51dk so that i can follow the same procedure to test my antenna

Hi, I suggest you start a case on MyPage if you haven't already, so we can look into both the schematic and hardware design. We are not aware of anything in specific, but it make sense to check load capacitors etc. Maybe you have access to a spectrum analyzer so you can check frequency accuracy of the carrier by using the rf_test library found in the nRF5 SDK.
