I tried with galaxy s6 edge plus android 6.0.1, I put it's mac address and i wasnt able to connect, I tried also with sony xperia z3 android 4.4.4 (i fixed it's mac address) and it's the same thing (cant connect). with the sonny even the connect button is disappearing

If you change the address to the mac address of the other phone, do you get the same behaviour?

What is the phone and Android version (for both phones)?

On first glance I see nothing wrong with your code, so the only thing I can think of right now is the actual address not corresponding to the one in your phone

the current behavior is that, on the phone containing the mac address,. when I configure with BLE_GAP_ADV_FP_FILTER_CONNREQ I can see the connect button, but when Im trying to connect, it never successed to connect. and when I configure with BLE_GAP_ADV_FP_FILTER_BOTHI cant see the nrf51822 advertising at all on my phone

Yes, the byte ordering seems fine. I am still a little confused as to what exactly is the behaviour you are experiencing, that is the reason why I need to reproduce this locally.

Regarding addresses, if your (non-working) Android phone is using random resolvable addresses then you may need to store IRK for a bond with that Android phone to be able to whitelist it. But I do not think this fits fully with the problem description, and that is the reason why I need to understand the current behaviour better.

Have you tried reversing the bytes in temp2.addr? maybe you're entering the address in the wrong endianness

i updated the image, the first phone with whome i configured the mac address is the first picture, it shows the connect buton but cant connect on CONNREQ filter, all other phones can't show the connect button when configured with CONNREQ

when I set filter CONNREQ the phone containing the mac address display the connect button, the other phone does not. but i dont think its the mac address, even when i change the mac address, the first one display the connect button, all other phones cant display it. when I set ANY filter both phone visible,and connecting. i updated the question with two pictures,

I am a little confused regarding what phone it is visible to and not, when using what filter policy and using what address. Do you have two phones (phone A and B), and the connect button on MCP disappear (on both) when using a filter policy either filtering BOTH or CONNREQ?

Also, what phone and what version of Android is this?

when using BLE_GAP_ADV_FP_ANY its visible from phone and it's connecting, just by changing this parameter. but from other phone, the connect button on nrf master control diseappear !!!! but then even I modify the mac address, it connects from the first phone, so the white list is not taken into consideration

Is the device visible when using other filter policies than adv_params.fp = BLE_GAP_ADV_FP_FILTER_BOTH?
Have you been able to make things work when not using whitelisting?
Is the device visible from Master Control Panel for Android?
