I am still a little confused as to what exactly is the behaviour you are experiencing, that is the reason why I need to reproduce this locally.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Regarding addresses, if your (non-working) Android phone is using random resolvable addresses then you may need to store IRK for a bond with that Android phone to be able to whitelist it.
