&lt;p&gt;Although I might be a bit biased, I would definitely go for the nRF52 DK. It has a lot more features (hardware PWM, PDM, I2S, NFC, ++), it has a faster and more advanced CPU, and it is more power efficient.
And even though it is a kit with more features it is currently sold on mouser.com for the exact same price as nRF51 (at least in my area).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We have also strived to make it easy to port code back and forth between nRF51 and nRF52. So no matter what kit you end up with, it shouldn&amp;#39;t be that hard to migrate to the other.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
