Thanks a lot for help. There was a problem in implementation of the device manager. It works fine now.

What application are you testing with (on the peripheral)? Did you implement the device manager correctly so that bond information is retained between connections? A sniffer trace could also be useful to see what is going on.

It's Nexus 5 with Android 6.0.1. Each time if I restart the application and select bonded device after scanning on the first write or read request, it asks for pin and then it's creating bond again.

I am confused as why each time it is asking for PIN request with already paired and bonded device. This is the same thing happens with my Nordic BLE hardware and Nordic master control panel application.

You should not be asked to create a bond each time you connect to an already bonded device. What SDK version and example are you testing with? What Android version and device are you using?
