How you pair the Nordic_Mouse with Windows 10? When the mouse shows in Blueooth Devices section on my PC and when I click Pair, it says "The passcode isn't right. Try adding you mouse again. " How to make the dongle get through this passcode check ?

Yes, the bond must be removed from flash on the Nordic device. If the bond is deleted on the peer device there is no way for us to identify the device when it reconnects. Unfortunately the device manager might use the address or the IRK to identify the peer. Which means that if the bond is lost on the peer it is no longer possible to create a new one without deleting the old one on the nordic device. In older SDK's there where a bond refresh function, but that was a removed in SDK 11.

As I understand it, when the user removes the paired device in the windows, the same bond must be removed from Nordic ROM memory (for the successful connect in the future) ??

Not really strange. Sounds as if you had the old bond information in the peripheral. So this had to be deleted for windows to be able to create a new bond (the old bond was removed when you removed the mouse)

Hi. Sorry, but i solved problem. I use pse10031 (dongle). Problem was in windows 10 (((. After i removed NORDIK_MOUSE device from BLUTOOTH pair list devices, windows cant correct connect NORDIK_MOUSE again ((. Then i reprogramming nrf, and.... ALL WORKING !!!! Thats really strange, but ..

What modifications have you done to run the example on the dongle? I assume you have changed the board defines for the bsp? which board is this dongle, pca....?
