PSTORAGE_DATA_START_ADDR? By setting PSTORAGE_MAX_APPLICATIONS to 128 it seems to me that you say to pstorage it has 128 flash pages available, but you have 128 flash pages in total. The SoftDevice uses 96 of them, which means you are left with 32.
