i use 51822AA chip,it have 256K FLASH,yes start address is PSTORAGE_DATA_START_ADDR.What is trouble?is read sht20 fail?if it is ,you can delete read sht20

I'm having trouble getting your project to work, but what start address are you actually setting in pstorage_platform.h? PSTORAGE_DATA_START_ADDR? By setting PSTORAGE_MAX_APPLICATIONS to 128 it seems to me that you say to pstorage it has 128 flash pages available, but you have 128 flash pages in total. The SoftDevice uses 96 of them, which means you are left with 32. Your application uses some of them, and the rest you can give to pstorage.

pls According to the following way（picture） modify firmware and rebuild.the return value is ok,when i read those data that write ok.but read data is wrong

Which interrupt priority does the timer have? The pstorage functions are non-blocking, you need to wait for events like PSTORAGE_LOAD_OP_CODE to know if an operation has actually completed. Are you doing this?
