 In theory the bootloader should just to be able to be loaded to an existing DevKit either via NRFstudio or the NRFprog command.

The board from Arduino is not available yet for purchase but will hopefully be available for purchase soon. We plan to release some board support package etc for the Arduino Primo once the board is available.
