I am developing in NRF52 with SDK v11. Initially I want to use CMSIS DSP library for statistic and FFT functions. However, I read that CMSIS Pack is not supported in SDK v11, does it mean CMSIS DSP library also cannot be used in SDK v11?

Term pack is used with various meaning throughout CMSIS website

RE: Using CMSIS DSP Library on SDKv11

Hello,

We stopped distributing our software examples through CMSIS pack for reasons mentioned here, but pack delivery system is supported so it should not be any problems to include CMSIS DSP in any of the nRF52 examples. Just select it from the "Manage Run-Time Environment":

Well it is only in that you can get the DSP library as a pack I'm sure, however CMSIS, the generic abstraction layer to hardware and all the DSP functions and all the other good stuff in there remains totally in-use, the only thing not supported is the CMSIS method of packaging this code for deployment in IDEs.

At this point I wish they hadn't used the 'CMSIS' name for it ..
