Yes.I am very sorry to tell that I find the bug which is caused by my careless.I find that i start scanning again after call the function of sd_ble_gap_disconnect. Thank you for your tip.

Are you sure you are not just staying connected? Does sd_ble_gap_disconnect() return 0x00000000 (NRF_SUCCESS)? Maybe the BLE_GAP_EVT_DISCONNECTED event triggers advertising or scanning?
