I have a application that receives the Epoch time from the Android Application and increments every second. and needs to store and increment the Epoch Time value even after BLE disconnect. But unfortunately the Timer stops on ble_disconnect.

I have already implemented the timer the way you have told .
But i want the timer not to stop after the ble disconnect and keep increment the timer every second in background.
but unfortunately the timer is stopped after ble disconnect.

RE: RTC stops on BLE disconnect

That's what the RTC is for. You can send the initial time from the phone at start, but afterwards you can just start a repeating timer with 1 second interval and do timekeeping there. You can take a look at the simple_timer example in the SDK.
