Are you checking whether APP_TWI_INIT() or app_twi_perform() return any errors like described here

Hi, sorry I have attached the wrong file. Can you check again. I am using Pin 27(SCL) and Pin 26(SDA).

That seems to be the exact same, unmodified main file as the one in the twi_master_using_app_twi example. So I assume that at the very least you have redefined ARDUINO_SCL_PIN and ARDUINO_SDA_PIN to 7 and 30?
