yes, I get this error anyway except in case of programming via "Flash->Downlaod" in Keil. If I use "Debug->Start/Stop Debug session" I always get errors.

but I am sure bootloader works. I can see DFU device via BLE and write to flash new firmware using Master Control Panel or Android app.

The errors indicate that the verification that checks that the flash have been written correctly fails. This shouldn't normally happen, and if it does I would at least not expect the bootloader to work.

Can you check and see if you also get this error if you try downloading the bootloader right after having done an erase all and flashed a new softdevice?

But it seems that bootloader works ok despite of error messages.
