There can be multiple of the same UUIDS on a single device, and the same is true for Characteristic UUIDs (e.g. multiple Heart Rate Services). &lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m not sure if I quite understand your question. BLE is based on the attribute protocol. It can be visualized as a table with attributes. Each attribute, or row in the table, has a handle. Each attribute also has a UUID to identify the type of attribute.&lt;/p&gt;
