You have to register your product key to be able to download the reference design and software, see this post.

Nordic is planning to release the nRF52 Smart Remote in Q1 2016, see here.

I just downloaded it, and realized it was an .exe file. Are you running on windows?

Look, I'm new, I get it.

But I'm not advertising because I haven't said exactly what my product is. Both the Smart Remote 3 reference platform and the nRF52832 are Nordic provided solutions so how in the world am I advertising? If you know the answer to my question, I appreciate it if you can post it.
