Great! You make it easier for others to find the correct solution if you accept the answer that helped you instead of your thank-you reply, so I fixed that for you. ;-)

Additionally, when you have extra information after having posted a question I'd recommend you to include that as edits or comments on your original question instead of posting it as a reply, since any reply makes your question disappear from "Unanswered". Same with thank-yous, they are best off as comments instead of replies. :-)

It seems that something is going wrong with the SDK installation, so that the new pack is not installed correctly, which causes this kind of errors. I'd recommend you to try Repair on your SDK install from Add or remove programs, to see if that helps. This should normally make the pack be installed correctly.

Also, you should make sure that you have Keil version 5 installed.

It looks like the SDK install overwrites a new tools.ini file for Keil without making a backup. I do not know where to find the Nordic device database and how to configure it in Keil. So I cannot update my device selection.
