I tested it here, and it seems to be working fine. Are you sure you are writing 0101 to UUID (0x): 2A52 Handle (0x): 0010? Maybe you could upload a log/screenshot of the WRITE_NOT_PERMITTED?</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
