There is a running speed and cadence (RSC) collector/central example in the SDK, it can be found in the following folder: ...\examples\ble_central\experimental

The CSCS and RSC profiles have a lot in common.

I made this for an application using the NRF51422 with s130 v1 and SDK10, and the API is not exactly the same style than the other clients made by Nordic. I've modified it to support more than one client, so I can not guarantee that it will work out of the box in your case.
