The code as-is from the SDK does the same to all Peripherals, but as I said, there are no problems with making a different application, that will do different things to different Peripherals, i.e. that has multiple, independent GATT Clients.

Maybe I did not make it clear for the question.

For Peripheral 1 central must be do the things below:

Central sends commands to peripheral 1 through RX characteristic on peripheral.
Peripheral 1 sends response through TX characteristic.

For Peripheral 2 central must be do the things below:

Central needs to discover services, characteristic, and then receive notify from peripheral 2.

There shouldn't be any problems with having different services for different peripherals. Each GATT Client module is more or less independent from the others, so for each of the peripherals, one of the GATT Clients will simply remain idle and not do anything.
