You should also try downloading the latest J-Link software and documentation pack from SEGGER, this can sometimes resolve flashing issues.

Its more likely your setup. I'd do an continuity check on all your programming cables. Can you post a photo of your setup as well as programming setup schematic.

yes i try for it alot but it does not work! i am sure that the chip is damaged!

Have you tried recovering and erasing the chip? This error typically occurs when you are trying to flash ontop of SoftDevice code or when the chip is in system off, recovering and erasing fixes both these issues.

I connect vcc to 3.3volt and connect gnd and swdio and swclk and at the begin it programmed successfully.the limit was 500mA and at first i can see it in nrfgo stuido.and about static electricity i have no idea and i do not try to remove it!my programmer clockspeed in keil was 10MHz and my error is no cortex m0 founded and all connection is true!

You need to provide alot more details for anyone to be able to help.

Firstly perhaps post a photo and/or schematic of your programming setup.
What voltage are you supplying to the setup?
What is the current limit of your supply?
Can to see any connectivity to nrfGo Studio?
If you are using a J-Link programmer there should be some error LED blinks. What are those? Have you cross referenced with the J-Link manual?
Are you taking proper precautions with static electricity?
What is the programmer clockspeed set to?
What are the error messages seen from nrfjprog?
