some think like static electricity can effect to it?!

&lt;li&gt;Firstly perhaps post a photo and/or schematic of your programming setup.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;What voltage are you supplying to the setup?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;What is the current limit of your supply?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Can to see any connectivity to nrfGo Studio?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;If you are using a J-Link programmer there should be some error LED blinks.  What are those?  Have you cross referenced with the J-Link manual?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Are you taking proper precautions with static electricity?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;What is the programmer clockspeed set to?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;What are the error messages seen from nrfjprog?&lt;/li&gt;
