It is a bit difficult to say why. Are you following the <a href="https://developer.apple.com/hardwaredrivers/BluetoothDesignGuidelines.pdf">Bluetooth Accessory Design Guidelines for Apple Products</a>? Maybe you are breaking a rule? Does the same thing happen on Android? Or with MCP or nRF Connect for PC?</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
