 I just got a nrf52832 pca10040 board and I downloaded the last SDK nRF5 v11.
I downloaded Keil uVision5 and was able to load some examples and test them: nfc record_url, blinky_freertos...

&lt;p&gt;Somehow the SK zip did not unzip correctly and I saw the softdevice132 folder structure correct but with no files in it. I assumed I had to use the older one.

&lt;p&gt;You must download both application and SoftDevice. You can do both from Keil, by choosing from this drop-down on the toolbar:&lt;/p&gt;

Download zip with latest SDK, don&amp;#39;t use s132 from old sdk.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Erase chip and flash proper SD (ex. using nRFgo Studio) located in here:&lt;/p&gt;
