 When I use QDID 62791 to generate a test suite for PTS on the SIG website, the consistency checker fails (details below).

As far as I know you would need to download the PTS test suite &lt;a href="https://www.bluetooth.com/develop-with-bluetooth/test-tools/profile-tuning-suite"&gt;here&lt;/a&gt;.
I believe you still follow Start B but do additional PTS test to qualify for your subsystem.
I would suggest you to contact Bluetooth SIG and better with a BQE to have proper advice.&lt;/p&gt;
