I am using nRF52832 with S132_V2.0.0 and SDK_11.0.0. In my application i plan to use RFX2411N PA/LNA module. In datasheet of RFX2411N, I found that it can be used in following four mode.

They should be (and i believe that nordic engineers implemented it like that - have not checked myself) activated only when transmission/reception is in progress. You are observing change of the states on these pins when BLE is NOT used? if yes, that is some major bug up there. But if you want to control transmission/reception only by enabling/disabling PA/LNA, that is not a proper way to save power...

RE: shutdown RFX2411N PA/LNA module

Actually When my device goes to battery power mode, I plan to shutdown PA module so no tx/rx. Is it really what you want to achieve? shutdown module = disconnect antenna circuitry = very poor range. So you don't have to worry about that the pin levels are changing... there is only current eaten by module anyway - to save current you have to physically disconnect it from nRF (so like shutdown, you disconnect your antenna). according to datasheet, it is about 0.6mA. And driving/not driving RXEN/TXEN have no influcence on that...

RE: shutdown RFX2411N PA/LNA module

If i activate BYPASS pin then still i can see hi-low signal on TXEN and RXEN pin because my softdevice doesn't know i have enabled bypass mode. so I just want to save power by setting those pins to low when bypass enable.

RE: shutdown RFX2411N PA/LNA module

I would try disabling softdevice...
Normally my application work on mains power but when mains power off it shifted to battery power. At that time i plan to shutdown PA module to save power.

means I want to transmit/receive with PA/LNA shut down.
