Take a look in the s13x_nrf5x_2.0.0_migration_document.pdf document. It's listed under "New functionality". The default bandwidth configuration for S130 is MID (when in central role), which is less than 6 packets per connection interval. The SDK might have some wrappers that can configure this for you, but my knowledge is mostly centered around the SoftDevices directly.

S130 is the one inside the sdk 11 libraries; What are these bandwidth configurations?Where can I find them? Most of the time I send data from the beacon and then the DK sends them via UART to PC, and just a few times I send data from the DK.

Which version of the S130? Is the link configured as high bandwidth?

The throughput is based on the buffer capacity on both sides, interference in the air (leads to retransmissions) and how fast you are both sending and receiving the data. If you do any heavy operations on the data, throughput may suffer on such small connection intervals. First check the bandwidth configurations, then try to send static data (and don't do anything with it on the receiver side) to rule out those conditions.

From the Beacon I send the data to nrf51 DK v1.1.0 with s130
