 I would like to know GPIO leakage current, especially when the GPIO outputs Low
state, leakage current flow thorough the High side MOSFET parastic diode.

&lt;p&gt;After more research it turns out that Petters indication of nA is a bit high, the reason that we do not specify this is that it is very low, on the scale of fA (meaning that it is hard to measure).&lt;/p&gt;
