I have tried to make the 32 KHZ Crystal guaranteed after every power cycle by adding delay but it is not working can you suggest how i should make it operation perfect ?

No, ANT requires +/-50PPM or better for its coexistence mechanisms to function properly. Using the internal oscillator will result in degraded RF performance (timeslots will not align within tolerance), and it will not properly coexist with other ANT transmitters (out of spec timeslot adaptation).

hi
now in the new board both ANT and BLE start working but the problem i am facing still with the 32khz external crystal the system is not working at all with external crystal i have changed it to 32KHZ internal SOFTDEVICE_HANDLER_INIT(NRF_CLOCK_LFCLKSRC_RC_250_PPM_250MS_CALIBRATION, NULL); this is resolution i have used is it going to work properly plz suggest .

My apologies, I just noticed your main.c hiding on my screen. Is the crystal +/-20PPM? NRF_CLOCK_LFCLKSRC_XTAL_20_PPM is what's configured here.

Plz find the attachment of the schematic for the ANT+/BLE module we are using . The external crystal of 32khz is there and it is working fine

That module may have one onboard after some additional research; you should try initializing the SoftDevice using the external crystal configuration parameters instead.

Sorry to butt in, but according to the datasheet, that module does not have a 32.768kHz crystal on board. Do you have an external one connected? ANT requires a tolerance of +/- 50ppm or better for proper operation.

The nRF51 will default to 16 MHz crystal, so you need to specify in the application that you are using a 32 MHz crystal, please see this question.

without any change the s310 soft-device working fine with the nRF51422_XXAA device with 16MHZ and 32khz crystal and both the communication ANT+ and BLE working fine . But when i used the same project with device nRF51422_XXAC with 32MHZ and 32khz crystal non of the WL communication working i have tried with the S210 device with simple ANT+ Tx project that also not working . But all the prepherla example without soft-device working like Blinky blank,USART application etc . And Regarding break point when i run the application in debug mode and i have not able to see the Tx and Rx buffer update used in WL communication i have stopped the debug and found the pointer is in the SVC location.

You cannot step/run over a breakpoint when the SoftDevice is enabled. See this for more information. Have you tried one of the unmodifed BLE examples from our SDK? Is it working?

I have found one thing the device i am using is nRF54122-xx-AC but the set up i have done in the keil is nRF54122_XX_AA i have changed the same but still i am stuck in the function ant_and_adv_start[] with the SVC . One thing just i want to ask can i use the N5DK1 driver file for the device nRF51422_xx_AC which is actual for AA?

i have tried to upload the file not getting done i will try once more. yes the code execution reaching to the ant_and_adv_start() but when i tried to debug this function the debug line go the Hard fault or some time SVC with PC showing vale 0xffffff like value

I recommend to start of by getting examples\peripheral\blinky to work, then move over to a BLE example, then to a BLE+ANT example. What are the complete laser markings on the nRF51422 chip? You didn't upload any project, edit your question and add it there. When you use the debugger, are you getting to ant_and_adv_start()?

Dear Sir, i am using the Multiprotcol example using s310 soft-device i have tried with other application using s210 soft-device and ANT Tx and Rx example but they are all not working. I have done the modification in the LED configuration and USART configuration to match my H/W i am attaching here the project file plz review the same and let me know you thought. The code is not compiling properly and always stuck in the Hard-fault.

What example are you using? Have you tried any other only BLE or only ANT examples? Are they working? Could you upload your complete project so I can test it here?
