Are you able to sniff connection packets if you don't use the TI chip? It is a bit difficult to know what's wrong if we don't know what's going on on the chip, or what is happing on air.

For this particular case, I'm not sure if it's because the other chip on the peripheral device is from TI, but the sniffer stops receiving packets when the central device connects to it. When I disconnect, it resumes displaying packets.

Why are you unable to debug the peripheral device? Could you do sniffer traces of the two connetions? You can use nRF Sniffer. Then we can compare what is happening on air.

Correct. I don't seem to get any BLE_GATTC_EVT_HVX events. Although this is clearly not an issue when using the Master Control Panel app on Android. I am unable to debug with the peripheral device.

So you do not get any BLE_GATTC_EVT_HVX events in ble_evt_dispatch()? Does the sd_ble_gatts_hvx() call return NRF_SUCCESS (0x00000000) on the peripheral/server?
