 So I downloaded the new nRF Connect for OSX. I inserted my PCA10031 nRF51 dongle into my USB port and the relevant lights lit up. However nRF Connect does not let me choose the serial port, so I cannot use it currently. I checked the J Link version I am running (it is Version 5.12 (2016-03-30)) and through the J Link.exe console entered J-Link&amp;gt;MSDDisable and I got the message &lt;code&gt;Probe configured successfully.&lt;/code&gt; back.  I even unplugged by nRF52 DK just in case there was some conflict.
