@puchuan: It sounds like there is a problem with the chip on the board. I would suggest you to contact the distributor for replacement. Note that your board version is 0.9.0. It doesn't have the production chip version on the board but the engineering sample. The current version is v1.1.0

I have tried on another computer and the USB port on the mainboard,it doesn't work. I test voltage on the board with oscilloscope,It's always been 2.78v,even though the board break down.When the board break down,the LED does not shine. And I mad a mistake:My last operation is erase all,but flash any firmware.

@puchuan: Could you try on the USB port on the back of the computer (the one on the mainboard). Also please try to use a short USB cable. You can try to test on another computer also.

Which firmware did you flash on your board before it stopped working ? Could you check if the firmware is running when you plug the board in ?

You mentioned you used a multimeter to check, have you checked on the pads on the chip ? or just the header on the sides ? I suspect there could be something wrong on the track or on the nRF current measurement header (check the SB9 solder bridge)

I connect the board to my computer,and I have used the multimeter to check. I think my driver is working well.Here is comparative pircture.

I suspect you have an issue with the power input for the chip. Please take a picture of how you connect the board (The picture show the whole board) . You can use a multimeter to check if 3.3V is provided to the VCC pins of the board.

I have tried to connect kit with nRFGo Studio application ,and in the frame of "Device Manager" I can find my device,but if I double-click the line of "Segger 682183739",the kit restart,it seems like J-link is restart. In my conputer's device manager,I can find my hard devicer,and my device port is COM4. My next answer has some picture about this situation.

@puchuan: You mean you have managed to flash the chip only once ? Have you tried to open the board using nRFGo Studio application ? Please make sure the board is powered properly. Do you see a new hard driver added to your computer when you plug the cable in ?
