&lt;p&gt;This is a known issue with windows when the names get too long. The way to circumvent this is by extracting the SDK by using a zip tool such as &lt;a href="http://www.7-zip.org/"&gt;7-zip&lt;/a&gt; that supports long paths.&lt;/p&gt;
