We do not recommend to use packs. Instead use the normal folder structure SDK, which is the <a href="http://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF5_SDK/nRF5_SDK_v11.x.x/">zip file here</a> for SDK 11.0.0. We have stopped supporting packs with SDK 11.0.0</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
