I see. Likely the Xcover 3 only supports advertisements faster than a set rate, to still be power efficient you could advertise quickly in bursts, ie. 3 seconds of 30ms advertising intervals. and then stay off for a set time.

Yes, That fixes the problem but I want that slow interval because of power saving. Is there something else what could fix it?

Hi,

Try setting the advertising rate faster, some phones have issues with slow advertising rates.
