Hi,

This is not yet available and will be released with SDK12. If you must have this now you can download v3.0 and port it yourself by following the migration guidelines in the document that is bundled with the SoftDevice.

Which version of the nRF5 SDK are you using?

Version 11 contains pre-built hex files of the DFU bootloader (nRF5_SDK_11.0.0_89a8197\examples\dfu\bootloader\hex) and images that can be uploaded (nRF5_SDK_11.0.0_89a8197\examples\dfu\ble_dfu_send_hex).
