Before download the soft device, it's ok.After both keil and nrfgo can not detect the nrf52 Chip.

RE: Why my custom board can't be detected by jlink after download softdevice

since you say that your device is consuming very less power. Most likely, it is going to system_off mode where the debugger wont be able to connect to it unless you make it come out of deep sleep. Try

> nrfjprog --recover -f nrf52

RE: Why my custom board can't be detected by jlink after download softdevice

I am having this exact problem,

I solder down a nRF52832, power up, draws just over 4mA

i use nrfprog to erase, all erased ok

i use nrfprog to flash softdevice, it flashes, then afterwards current drops off to low uA

Now i cant connect using nrfprog, just get a message saying "cannot connect to any nRF device"

I thought the first time i have a board problem, so i checked everything, hot-air removed the nRF52832, put a new one down and exactly the same thing has happened again

Its a custom board

softdevice 132

jlink can not now detect the device

any ideas?
