Following is the snapshot of the core registers that can help you get insight regarding program state. The flash process gets stuck at Reading the registers, as you can see in Screenshot.

Please let me know what is wrong in my setup and what are the next steps to flash blinkly using Eclipse IDE on PCA10028 development board. I appreciate your help till now.

all ready added soft device to nrf51 kit through nRFGO studio. but unable to flash blinky through eclipse. getting some register information and stopping procedure.

i have posted screen shot. am using s130 .ld file is MEMORY { FLASH (rx) : ORIGIN = 0x00020000, LENGTH = 0x20000 RAM (rwx) : ORIGIN = 0x20000000, LENGTH = 0x6000 }

The console log is likely showing garbage characters from SWO or semihosting, you can disable those options in the debug launcher configuration. Please post a screenshot of the core registers, it might reveal what state the program is in.

i have done with this issue thank u. but while i am pressing run i am keep on getting some symbols in console is it flashing code on chip??

It looks like the ${jlink_path} variable is not set. You can set the ${jlink_path} and ${jlink_gdbserver} variable globally (for all projects) in preferences:

Then make sure to set the jlink link exectuable is set with ${jlink_path}/${jlink_gdbserver} as shown below:
