The IC marking is explained here. B0 indicates it yes. Revision corresponds to version of hardware. You have engineering revisions, which can be used to test the chip, but shouldn't be used for production/in products. And you have production revision, which should be used for production/in products.

There are documents available which describe erratas with the different revisions, available here.

Thank You! how did you know i am revision 1? does the B0 indicates it? (QFAAB0 ) what is a revision practical meaning?

I don't know why the webpage mixes nRF51 and nRF52. And I'm not able to navigate to that webpage in contents.

Anyways, you have the nRF52832, a device in the nRF52 Series, the only device actually.

To figure out what revision you have you should compare the laser marking on the chip with this table.

There you can see that you have revision 1 of the chip, this is revision that is ready for production, so that's good.

Now that you know what revision you have, you can check this table to see what SoftDevice and SDK versions it is compatible with.

It is compatible with S132 v2.0.x and v3.0.0, but v3.0.0 doesn't have SDK support yet, so if you are a beginner you should start with S132 v2.0.x and SDK 11.0.0.

I think the softdevice number corresponds to the protocol stack you want to use: nRF52 Softdevice

And in your question you wrote that you have a nrf52-dk, but you are looking in nrf51 documentation. Its sometimes a little bit confusing.
