I also get the same error at ble_app_hrs(sdk6.1.0) after ble_app_hrs_c(sdk6.1.0) connect to it? Do I need to update DM_LOG to help debug?

Could it be that you have bond information stored from another application? I'd recommend you to try to do "Erase all" from nRFgo Studio, and then reprogram the UART application, to see if it goes away.

If you still get this error, it would be useful if you could edit your question and add the complete project you've modified, as Håkon asked.

Hi,

That specific error is due to "invalid data" (nrf_error.h). Can you upload your edited nrf_uart app, so I can have a look at it?
