Information I got from our R&D is the minimum pulse width for SENSE is about 100ns on the nRF51.

No not duplicate. That topic discuss reaction time for software.

My question is regarding minimal puls length for wakeup from system off mode using SENSE->DETECT combo. I'm fully aware that I cannot detect which of all SENSE enabled pins that generated the DETECT, but that's not a problem.

I just want the requirement on the SENSE-part, and I cannot find this in the datasheet.
