Yes, the iOS app displays "DFU CRC Error" just after the transfer bar reaches 100%

Yes I can share the bootloader(both code and/or hex file) and the app zip package: Excuse the silly question, what's the best way to share this?

If the bootloader is dual bank then the maximum application size is BOOTLOADER_REGION_START -APP_CODE_BASE/2 which for the S132 v2.0.0 is )0x7A000-0x1C000)/2 = 0x2F000 = 188kB.

Does the nRF Toolbox app display any error message during the DFU process? Could you share the bootloader project and the application image you're trying to update?
