Just download the .zip file and extract it. SDK 12 does not use pack (nor does the final release of SDK 11). The exception is CMSIS and the MDK, as described in <a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/question/94303/sdk-for-keil-uvision-5/?answer=94445#post-id-94445">this post</a>. For CMSIS and MDK you can update those from the Pack Installer</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
