P0.31 and AIN7 is the same physical pin on the IC, and there is no way you can change this. For the digital peripherals, you can generally select whichever pins you like. However, for analog pins, you only have the 8 pins, as stated in the spec.

Hi Einar,

Thanks for quick response. But in nrf52 BMD 300 Rigado module, any GPIO pin can be configured to some different function. Correct me If I am wrong. Then why we cant do this with analog pins. Is it because they are hardware pins?

You cannot use P0.06 (pin 8 in the QFN48 package) as an analog input. There are only 8 analog input pins on the nRF52, and these are fixed, as you can see in the Pin assignments section of the spec.
