for our prototyp we use a NRF52. When i flash the device, it will always be go in sleep mode after a duration of time and stay in there.
Is there an interrupt which wake it up?
The workaround from Errata for the Engineering A was also implemented

RE: Don't stay in sleep mode after switch off voltage

If you lose power, known as brownout, the chip should be held in reset so it does not output spurious signals, and the chip is non-functional. When power comes back, known as POR power on reset, it enters the reset ISR and reboots. Do you expect it to be in sleep mode after such a POR? Your reset ISR must do that.

RE: Don't stay in sleep mode after switch off voltage

At the moment we are using nrf52 Eng A. So the Errata 11 must be implemented. I have configured PORT event for wakeup.
If the nrf52 are flashed and have vcc, the sleep mode are ok. When we loose the vcc, disconnect Accu or exhaust battery, the device don't stay in sleep mode. Is there a register who loose data for it?

RE: Don't stay in sleep mode after switch off voltage

well it depends on your application isn't it? the SD will detect that there is an application and just jump the control over it upon boot up. Then if the application is going to sleep mode then it is application responsibility to configure a wakeup source.
